SNAPTAIN DRONE

"Say hello to my little friend"

SNAPTAIN sent me their SP510 Drone and let me tell you, I'm so in love with it. It has been so much fun.

Ive always wanted a drone, they bring photography and taking videos to a whole new level. There's so many places I want to take my SP510 and play around with it. I think the beach is our next step! Imagine how beautiful the video would be of the beach at sunset though a drone, ahhhh, lovely.

Check out the Drone HERE
Drones are not only fun, but can also record and photograph beautiful moments at anywhere at anytime. As a mother I really love that part. We mamas always want a way to capture those memories we have with our children. With me always behind the camera, that can be difficult, but thanks to my new little Drone friend here- I now have a little help with that.

Some things I loved the most about the Snaptain SP510 Drone was of course, the camera/video features it has. Certain hand gestures let the drone take photos and videos of you which I found super cute.
I loved that the drone has a "follow me" option, this feature became super handy for me. The drone can follow me at a customized distance. A good idea to try with this feature would be while doing sports, or have it follow you and record your parties or family trips.
(Dang too bad I didnt have this at Emma's birthday party. Would have been a great way to capture an amazing moment).
Have you always wanted a drone but had no idea how you even control one? like myself I was nervous as I had no clue what to do. Thankfully the SP510 has "beginners mode". With this, the drone wont start flying away before you get the hang of it.
This drone has 3 speed options, headless mode, and one-key take off/land/return.. It was really quick for a beginner like me to figure out. Thank goodness because because I was nervous I was going to crash it hehe.

The drone came in a padded carrier, where the drone and the controller BOTH can be folded up and placed inside to stay safe. With kids running around who like to be nosy and get into everything, im glad to have a place to keep my little drone buddy safe.
My husbands favorite part of this drone? The high capacity drone battery offers 16 minutes of flight time. Believe it or not, thats plenty of time in the air. When the battery starts getting low, the drone automatically returns to the spot it took off from. Handy, right?
We played around with the SP510 Drone at the park at first. You set your phone on the controller, and then connect your phone to the drone. Through your phone you can see what the drone sees. I loved seeing how high the drone could go and seeing my town and park in a whole different view, it was beautiful!
Thank you so much Snaptain, you have granted a wish of mine. I love this drone so much. I 100% reccomend everyone to get one. Trust me when I say, you need a drone in your life! I do believe you should go through Snaptain for one. They have many Drone options and are an amazing company! They even offer drones for children, and TABLETS

Independence Hotel

There's something so amazing about discovering gems in your hometown.  One of them being the wonderful Independence Hotel! We had a wonderful stay in the Junior Suite! Everything was so nice and updated in this room. With two very comfortable queen size beds, beautiful views of the river and downtown, and it was right across from a really nice playground for the kids.  Our room offered a full-size refrigerator, seating area, wet bar with sink, and wonderful robes to wear down to the hot tub . Yes, you read that right, a hot tub! There's  even a very nice gym and bike amenities. My favorite part of our stay at this hotel though? I will forever remember and love the spectacular views from the rooftop patio. It was nice to grab a coffee & some breakfast from their restaurant and head up to the rooftop deck to enjoy the breath-taking views of the Willamette River. The kids enjoyed relaxing at the huge firepit! (Pssssst. I have to tell you, if you plan to stay, stay during Inde

What Happened.. pt1

I’m going to tell you a story. Some of you know, some of you don’t. For those who don’t I’m telling my story as it’s still happening 4 years later. So I’m going to lay it all out on the table. I was pregnant with a baby girl, not Emma, her name was Makayla. I went to my regular ob appointment and I was told during my ultrasound something was wrong. She had a defect with her skull. I had never heard about this defect until that day, so I had no idea how serious it was. So when I was asked if I wanted to terminate I said no because I didn’t understand. Why would I terminate my child so easily without even knowing really why? So though I didn’t get why it was so bad by what my doctor was saying, it seemed pretty serious so I posted in a mom group asking for some prayers, that they were getting me an appointment with a specialist to see how serious her defect really was. My appointment wasn’t for a couple of days. Waiting for the appointment we did so much research on her de
