LifeProUSA Treadmill

LifeProUSA Compact Folding Treadmill LifeProUSA sent me their amazing treadmill and im in love with a machine. I am really impressed with the highspeed and display. It arrived 95% already set up with very easy to understand instructions. The treadmill is well made and sturdy. With going up to 8mph, you're set I love to run. I put my earphones in, blast my favorite song, take along my husky and run! Running everyday for just 15 minutes can increase your muscle strength, improve your cardio and health, and boost your metabolism.  Going on a run and keeping a routine of it can be kind of hard at times though. With kids, work, and a lot of the gyms being closed right now.. Thats why this treadmill is so great. Affordable price and its compact. Foldable for convenient storage anywhere: vertically against a wall or slide it underneath furniture.  Bluetooth enabled, pulse sensors, BMI calculator.  While I run, I like to put my tablet in the built in holder to connect with fitness apps.

Never Grow Up

I constantly go between wanting my kids to be little forever, and being excited about all the things they’ll do in this life. When your kids are little, you are so loved—smothered, even. So much that sometimes you need to come up for air. But those little kids that need you so much end up pulling away completely left you wondering when they grew up so fast! When they sit on your lap or crawl in bed with you, you have no idea if it will be the last time. Today may be the last day your baby wants to nurse. It may be the last time they need you to lie down with them when they have a bad dream. It may be the last year they want you to hold their hand walking them to school. It's funny how the same moments that make us want our child to be a bit more independent can make us the most nostalgic when those moments are over. But...  There will come a day when they start thanking you for all you've done. There will come a day when they ask you for relationship advice. There will come a

DIY Board & Batten Wall

Alright, months ago I did a board and batten wall in my entry way. Since then I realized it wasn’t my best work, and I wanted it bigger.. so I set out to redo it. This time I promised I would TRY to explain how for all those who asked. Read at own risk, as I do a lot of projects but I am horrible at trying to explain how I did it all. I get really into the moment and forget to stop and take photos, etc. So here’s a try at it. Hope it makes sense to you. First, pick a spot, make youre measurements based on how tall and long you want it, etc. For me, this was my measurements.   Second, once you figured out all your measurements-time to get all the crap you’ll need. I recommend you go to Home Depot and hunt down these. They are 8ft long, and with doing 4ft high boards you get two out of one. These are really good condition so don’t require much sanding if any which is a plus to me-less work. I got about 6 of them and it was the perfect amount. Third, cut and nail your stuff. (Home Depot

What Happened.. pt1

I’m going to tell you a story. Some of you know, some of you don’t. For those who don’t I’m telling my story as it’s still happening 4 years later. So I’m going to lay it all out on the table. I was pregnant with a baby girl, not Emma, her name was Makayla. I went to my regular ob appointment and I was told during my ultrasound something was wrong. She had a defect with her skull. I had never heard about this defect until that day, so I had no idea how serious it was. So when I was asked if I wanted to terminate I said no because I didn’t understand. Why would I terminate my child so easily without even knowing really why? So though I didn’t get why it was so bad by what my doctor was saying, it seemed pretty serious so I posted in a mom group asking for some prayers, that they were getting me an appointment with a specialist to see how serious her defect really was. My appointment wasn’t for a couple of days. Waiting for the appointment we did so much research on her de

SNAPTAIN DRONE

"Say hello to my little friend" SNAPTAIN  sent me their SP510 Drone and let me tell you, I'm so in love with it. It has been so much fun. Ive always wanted a drone, they bring photography and taking videos to a whole new level. There's so many places I want to take my SP510 and play around with it. I think the beach is our next step! Imagine how beautiful the video would be of the beach at sunset though a drone, ahhhh, lovely. Check out the Drone  HERE Drones are not only fun, but can also record and photograph beautiful moments at anywhere at anytime. As a mother I really love that part. We mamas always want a way to capture those memories we have with our children. With me always behind the camera, that can be difficult, but thanks to my new little Drone friend here- I now have a little help with that. Some things I loved the most about the Snaptain SP510 Drone was of course, the camera/video features it has. Certain hand gestures let t

HAPPY 3RD BIRTHDAY EMMA!

HAPPY 3RD BIRTHDAY EMMA! Emma, my little girl, you are seriously our little sunshine. You shine light wherever you go. I cannot imagine this world without you. You are funny, adorable, smart, sweet, sassy... all rolled into one. You add so much fun to our lives. You are a true, true joy! To the girl who lights up our world with her smile... she will never know how much we needed her. The way she loves us. The way she dances to every song she hears. the way she bosses her brother around (honestly he lets her, anything for his sissy). The way she says "looooook" to every single thing she sees. The way she grabs my face and kisses my cheek...all of it...every minute with her is a pure blessing. "ZIP - ZAP - ZOO - I choose you!" Emma had a True and the Rainbow Kingdom birthday party. In all honestly, since the show is still a little new and not well known, planning a party with this theme was a tad difficult. I found her True dress on Etsy, and I made the cak

COCO VILLAGE

Welcome back to my blog my loves. Today I wanted to talk about this amazing company I found - or well, found me.  COCOVILLAGE . I instantly fell in love with them when I saw their page. They have everything from the cutest children's beds, playhouses, to such fun toys! Everything is all so well made . I wanted to show you one of my favorite prodcuts from them that I got for my daughter. Emma got their adorable bedding,  MEMPHIS BEDDING . It is just so cute and totally goes with her dreamy girly bedroom. The best part about their bedding? Besides the obvious cuteness- Its reversible!!! This adorable set here includes the duvet cover, pillowcase, flat sheet and a fitted sheet. Emma got a little extra with this  SNAIL SHAPED CUSHION . I couldn't help myself, its the cutest little cushion and goes with the bedding so well. This bedding is so worth it. It is made of ultra-soft polyester. I love that its reversible so you can have a little change up. I love the bright colo

HAPE TOYS

Hey loves, welcome back to my blog. As you know I am such a fan of  HAPE  toys, and of course my children are obsessed with them. So for this blog post I wanted to show you a couple of their new toys out! First up is their new product  SILLY SPAGHETTI . Who really said you cant play with your food? With Silly Spaghetti kids can bend and twist the pasta in any way. The kit comes with "food" accessories to make crazy SILLY faces.    James really had a fun time decorating his noodles. He kept giggling while playing saying how funny it was that his "noodles" had eyeballs. Honestly taking photos of him playing was such a breeze because how much he really liked it.  It honestly reminds me of Mr. Potato Head in a way. A famous food you can decorate with silly faces. So I hope you check out  HAPE  new crazy and fun   Silly SPAGHETTI  . So if your kids were a fan of the potato head, they'll love this. Nextup was something my daughter, Emma was re

DIY GRID WALL

This is one of my favorite projects Ive done hands down! It made my bedroom look so much bigger and brighter, I just absolutely love it. I feel more like a grown up hehe. While I love it, it was crazy frustrating to do. See, with this project alllllll those squares have to be literally perfect. If one board is crooked and messed up-they all will be. So your measurements have to be EXACT! Now, while I dont have a ton of photos to show you, as when im doing a project I get really into it and forget to document it all.. I will show you how I (with a little help from the hubby) made our bedroom DIY Grid Wall! First is picking the size of your boards. I went with 1x3 as the 1x2 felt too skinny and the 1x4 felt too bulky and wouldn't give me the look I was going for. So off to my second home- HomeDepot for some wood with little miss Emma (she loves this store just like her mama). With the wood only being $1.50, each I was happy how small my total was. All of them were 8f
